1. Arts, culture, heritage attractions, theatres and events
We promote these to tourists, day trippers, theatre goers and the local community. Getting their information to the right market, at the right time, in the right format.
2. Serviced outlets (hotels, airports, motorway service stations, pubs, shops, attractions)
We enhance their service by ensuring that customers and guests have the best experience possible by having access to information in the right place, at the right time and in the right format. We do this by providing a leaflet stand and merchandising it regularly.

3. On demand outlets (TICs and smaller accommodation providers)
We provide a service by ensuring that they can easily order, receive , have file copies of and access online the information their customers and guests need.
We do this by hosting and maintaining online catalogues / ordering websites, packing and sending orders free of charge and sending file copies of information.

4. Consumers
We provide ideas, inspiration and information to this group ensuring they can pick up tourism information for now and in the future as well as for the local vicinity and destinations further afield.

We partner to promote and develop tourism as a whole. Examples include:
- City Information Centre – official media partner of the UK flagship TIC in London
- Tranquil Touring Parks – print provider, digital & data (competitions – 3018 entries over 10 months)
- Visit Somerset – map and digital (competitions – 869 entries over 3 competitions)
- MDQ Tickets – London shows booked via Dayvisits
- ATAK – destination partner for print and digital
