Outside of work Mark lives in Kent with his partner and son, and can be found most weekends in the summer, on a cricket pitch, where he is club captain for local side Wye, and this year leading them to winning the league. Please tell us why you would like to be a Director of the Board and what you would bring to the role

UK tourism is entering what could be a defining period for the industry with so much uncertainty surrounding what Brexit will mean. Ukinbound’s members will require the association to be ahead of the game and guide them through this critical time. Not only this but we need to realise the opportunity we have to showcase the UK’s fantastic product whilst Europe’s and the World’s eyes are on us.

Being a Director of the board at this time is an important role, I will bring passion, enthusiasm and energy that will be required to ensure this and any opportunities are not overlooked. Alongside my in depth knowledge of the London tourist market I can also draw on my relationships and touch points around the country to give a broader UK insight.

Voting closes on the 30th November.
